FANTASTIC stay!
convenient location helpful staff clean room
I appreciated the convenient location near the metro. The nearby supermarkets and restaurants were SUPER convenient. Early check-in was available and the staff were helpful. The rooms were clean and public transport was very accessible, made getting around EASY.
The shower lacked curtains. Water splashed all over the floor DURING showers. This created a slight inconvenience.

The reception staff were cute AND helpful. They made efforts to communicate in different languages, appreciated. The breakfast room service was prompt and courteous, ensuring a smooth start to the day.

the metro station was a short two-minute walk from the hotel. the room was very clean when i arrived. the staff was cute and provided helpful service .
